CASA reception
Court appointed special advocates of Riverside County held a reception and silent auction before the fund-Raising performance of A Chorus Line at the Palm Canyon Theater in Palm Springs Saturday, April 3.

The city of La Quinta Community Service Department held its annual Easter egg hunt and chalk drawing contest for children ages 2 to 10 on April 10 at 9 a.m.

‘The Lion King’
Andrew Jackson Elementary School pupils performed “The Lion King” at the school in Indio, Thursday, April 8, at 1 p.m.

The Pawley Pool Family Aquatic Complex in Indio held its opening Saturday, April 10, with families swimming and having a great time.

Ninth Annual Tribal Donation Ceremony
Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians held its Ninth Annual Tribal Donation Ceremony, giving away total of $1,054,500 to 70 organizations throughout the Coachella Valley. The ceremony was held at the Agua Caliente Casino in Rancho Mirage.
