Future Ballerinas at CDMOD
A Fourteen-week ballet class is being held at the Children's Discovery Museum of The Desert for children ages three and above taught by dance instructor Valerie Mahabir, teacher of the Royal Academy of Dance, in London, England.

Boys and Girls Club Community Service

Pee Wee Polo
Eldorado Polo Grounds in Indio holds Peewee polo for children Saturday morning from 9 am to10 am at the polo field. With three different levels of instruction, the children learn how to play polo from professionals.

Dedication Ceremony
Dedication Ceremony for the Twin Microturbines provided to the City of Palm Springs by the Southern California Air Quality Management District with honored guest Palm Springs Mayor Ron Oden was in attendance. The dedication ceremony held Wednesday, January 24 at the Palm Springs Water Treatment Plant.

Palm Springs YMCA Open House
The Palm Springs YMCA held it's grand opening Open House Saturday January 24, from 10 am to 2 pm at the YMCA building. Activities included sports and games, a bounce house, musical entertainment, member registration and sign-ups.
