Show ’n Shine Car Show & Chili Cook-Off
Ruth Hardy Park in Palm Springs hosted the 8th Annual Show ’n Shine Car Show & Chili Cook-Off, put on by the Rotary Club on Saturday afternoon, March 20. Durty Nelly's Irish Pub in Palm Desert celebrated St.Patrick's Day Wednesday, March 17, opening its doors at 6 a.m. with all day entertainment and celebration.

Women of the World
Women of the World held its "Spring Into Fashion Show and Luncheon" at the Renaissance Esmeralda in Indian Wells. Teddy bears donated by Women of the World members and guests will be donated to local charities.

Indian Wells Youth Town Hall
The Indian Wells Youth Town Hall welcomed guest speaker Jeff Corwin, host and executive producer of the popular television show “The Jeff Corwin Experience.” Corwin spoke to junior high students throughout the valley at the Palm Springs Desert Museum, Tuesday, March 17.

Leading voice-over actress, Voicetrax founder and instructor with schools in San Francisco and Rancho Mirage, Samantha Paris held an interactive lecture Thursday, March 18, from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Annenberg Center for Health Sciences in Rancho Mirage.
